_______Proverbs 31:10-31James 3:13 – 4:3, 7-8a • Mark 9:30-37
We are crimson, the fire of red, orange, yellow, living compassion.
It is the crimson time of autumn equinox, the midway solstice summer and winter.
We are crimson, a capable person who can find? We make assumptions, culture, gender, age, minefield, diverse, my side, your side, our side, war, peace, enemy, friend.
We make assumptions about territory, challenge, hear, accept, deny, relationship, empower, overflow, blessing, family, marketplace.
All the households are clothed in crimson, the support, the roles, expectations, society, marriage, wisdom.
All the households called to transform, foolish, unravel, embody, determination and power.
All the households called to be trustworthy, flourish, initiative, creativity, kind hearted, needy strangers, prosperous, beauty, recognize respect and reward.
All the households show by your good life that your works are done with gentleness born of wisdom.
The counterweight to works is faith, wisdom heaven, wisdom earth, wisdom inside, wisdom living.
All the households ask whoever wants to be first must last of all.
All the households are called to inclusion in the face of exclusion, to predict in the passage of death resurrection in community, to understand mission beyond the boundaries and between the opens doors of evangelism and formation.
We are crimson. Whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me.
We are crimson in the text, the thought, innocence, childhood, wildhood, leaders who get along.
We are crimson in decision to discern in transition, community, disciples follow , discover, read the radical messiah, connect, accept authority in the urgency of life, ravenous servant of grace, witness to the world.
