Acts 2:14a, 22-32 • 1 Peter 1:3-9 • John 20:19-31
We are the Bridge . In the world where we face the chasm, the expanse between
Yesterday and today. We run into the road block for today and tomorrow.
We cut to the heart, the core of the matter, we are long for life, to enter again the community that we have known. The promise is for you and I. The promise is to seek, to inquire, to repent and be baptized into the new transformed, life. The promise is the grit of discipleship, judge all people impartially. The promise is “Cut to the chase”, experience God’s love. When Jesus came, near, there it was, the bridge, mind opening, discipleship of equals. When he came near, Jesus was unmasked. A stranger tells a story, lives set ablaze, free to choose, invitation to seek the day where we will be unmasked, where are the living bridge between yesterday and tomorrow.
