We are the Name. The name we are known by
A name is our calling card. The name of David is the calling of card of the text.
Then, they settled in the house, today we find sanctuary in the house.
Home is where we get our bearings, where we live, rest our heads, castle, cave, residence, security, stability, spirit, abiding in God.
Then, we hear, the words I will appoint a place for my people.
Today Paul reminds us to proclaim peace.
Build a home of reconciliation, Christ, participate, in the cycle of death and life, sin and grace. The audience is alive in Christ a way of life.
The people then called to come away to our place and rest.
Today we emerge, view the world, flow, compassion, witness, healing, life is lived
They crossed over in remembrance, façade, public, healing, deliverance, human hunger. Today with outstretched hands, not enough, human finitude we find breads of life, food for the journey home.
